Ken Edwards BSc (Hons) MRICS.
Ken joined Silex Land in 2005. He had previously worked at the Prudential Property Investment Managers. At Silex Land Ken works on sourcing and funding new development opportunities, with a specific focus on London and the South East. Throughout his career Ken has specialised in the office and retail sector dealing with refurbishments, redevelopments, acquisitions and disposals on a day-to-day basis.

Alex Morgan BSc MA MRICS
Alex joined Silex Land in August 2006 and works primarily on the project management of the company’s existing schemes, as well as sourcing new development opportunities, mainly throughout the Home Counties, the South West and South Wales. Alex previously worked at Drivers Jonas where he spent 3 years advising on industrial and regional office investment and town centre regeneration development projects.

Simon Morgan BSc MSc (Real Estate)
Simon recently joined Silex Land having completed his Masters degree in Real Estate at Reading University. Simon spends most of his time assisting with the project management of current Silex projects and the analysis of potential new ones. Simon is also regularly out on the road looking for opportunities and meeting local agents.
